RETURN POLICY
Every item you order from LO TIDE is printed for you by hand. We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
Please do not return an item to prior to consulting with us. We do not have a storage facility, and if you return an item it will be returned to our fulfillment center.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed as error on our part, can be covered at our expense.
Reasons for Returns
Damaged item – The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If your order arrives damaged and you would like to request a replacement, please email us within 10 days of delivery. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Wrong Color/Size – We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size if you choose to accept or offer size exchanges to your end customers.
